The Clean Truck Check regulation (SB 210) was enacted in 2019 and has evolved through various changes and phases since. In 2026, we are seeing some policy changes that were enacted by the DMV. We also are on the tail end of the current regulations and are just over a year away from some pretty impactful and major changes to the regulations.
